Exhibitor Report: FOOD STYLE JAPAN 2026 (Kansai)

From January 28 to 29, 2026, we exhibited at FOOD STYLE JAPAN 2026 (Kansai), held at INTEX Osaka in Osaka City.

The total number of visitors over the two-day event was approximately 25,000. Many visitors stopped by our booth, primarily distributors from the Kyoto–Osaka–Kobe area as well as professionals from the hotel and restaurant industry.

Food Sampling

We offered tastings of the following products:

  • Kamiyama Chicken (thigh meat, chicken nuggets)

  • Awa Bimi Pork (pork belly, sausages)

  • Tamura Eggs (boiled eggs, chawanmushi/steamed egg custard)

We also introduced our approach to livestock production, including animal health–first farming practices, SDG-conscious production, and the development of processed products based on additive-free principles.

As a result, we received very positive feedback such as “rich flavor,” “you can really taste the quality of the ingredients,” and “the fat is incredibly flavorful.”
